Service Description
Section titled “Service Description”Makiato is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to supported social media platforms. We provide tools for team collaboration, analytics, and account management.
Account Responsibilities
Section titled “Account Responsibilities”You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
Section titled “Acceptable Use Policy”You agree to use Makiato only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Post content that violates any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Payment Terms
Section titled “Payment Terms”Makiato is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is $49 per month per organization. Your first month is charged at $19 as part of our launch special. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled.
Intellectual Property
Section titled “Intellectual Property”You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Makiato. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing our services.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Limitation of Liability”Makiato is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
Section titled “Changes to Terms”We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
